In Germany, on the night of September 17-18, a volunteer of the "Dobra Sprava" foundation, Serhiy Voytovych, had a terrible accident and died.
Serhiy went to Germany for humanitarian aid. According to the police, visibility was poor at the time of the accident and the road was wet due to rain. His car crashed into a truck and caught fire... Since the truck was loaded with plastic pellets, the fire burned at a temperature of up to 1000 degrees and was difficult to extinguish. After an hour and a half, firefighters managed to control the fire. The truck driver initially tried in vain to put out the fire with a fire extinguisher.
Serhiy is survived by his wife and one-month-old child.
