Meeting with Minister of Social Policy Oksana Zholnovich

By combining efforts and experience, we will be able to build a strong system to reach as many people as possible who need help. This was discussed at a meeting with the Minister of Social Policy, Oksana Zholnovich.

Heads of international and charitable organizations and heads of social services of religious communities took part in the working meeting, which took place within the walls of the ministry.

Volyn was presented by Yuriy Slyva, director of the "Dobra Sprava" foundation. He spoke about the team of volunteers, which already has more than 700 people, about the foundation's new project "food kit", within the framework of which only from December 1 to 20, 36 tons of food kits were distributed to the civilian population in the war zone, displaced persons and military personnel.

According to the statistical data of the ministry, the number of people who need help has increased significantly. After all, since the beginning of the war, many companies have been downsized or stopped working altogether, due to which many people are currently without work. Even regular grocery sets are very important to some families these days.

We also decided to hold similar meetings on a regular basis so that the state and volunteer organizations go hand in hand to VICTORY!
